Refund Policy
At Himalayan Yatra Private Limited, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Cancellation by the Customer
1.Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service hotline. The date of cancellation will be considered the date we receive your request.
2.Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
3.Refund Amounts:
More than 60 days before departure: 90% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Between 30 to 60 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Between 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Himalayan Yatra Private Limited
1.Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies), we will inform you as soon as possible.
2.Refund in Case of Cancellation: If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or we can provide you with an alternative tour option.
Important Notes
Non-Refundable Expenses: Some expenses, such as airline tickets, visa fees, and certain accommodations, may be non-refundable.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
